Atlanta Old White Rugby Football Club
Atlanta Old White Rugby Football Club is committed to leadership and excellence both on and off the field. We currently compete in Men's 15s (both Division II and Division III), Men’s 7s and Women’s 7s with a Women’s 15s side in the works.
We welcome players of any skill level who share our passion for camaraderie, community, and the game.
We are one of the few clubs in the South to field Men’s Division II, Men’s Division III and Women’s teams. Both of our men’s sides regularly compete for league championships and national playoff berths; the Division III team doubles as a competitive training side where new players and crossover athletes to learn the game. Our new women’s team is building a fantastic culture and winning attitude.

Dr. Paul Caron - Backs Coach - Division 2
Paul has been deeply involved in rugby for years. Starting at Gonzaga High School he continued on to be captain at Virginia Tech. He then turned head coach at Virginia Tech and led a succesful 15s and 7s program for 4 years.
Paul played/coached at Life University from 2019 to 2021 and eventually coached their men’s club rugby team as the backs / skills / defensive coach.
He also worked as an analyst for Rugby ATL in Major League Rugby from June 2019 to November 2020.
Lastly Paul has supported the USA Rugby’s Men’s All-Americans program.
Dave Ngamau - Forwards Coach - Division 3
Playing experience: Atlanta Old White RFC, Impala RFC (Kenya), Mwamba RFC (Kenya). Kenya U21
Coaching experience: Atlanta Old White D3, Level 200 Coaching
Alejandro Ospina - Backs Coach - Division 3
Playing experience: Bisontes Rugby Club, Pereira Colombia, Rhinos Rugby Club, Pereira Colombia, Risaralda State Selects Colombia. Charlotte RFC, South Panthers, Atlanta Old White RFC.

PRACTICES WILL RETURN ON TUESDAY JANUARY 7th 2025!
Our Men’s and Women’s teams will train Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7:30-9:30pm at Fair Oaks Park, 1465 W Booth Road Ext SW, Marietta, GA 30008.
Join us for a practice anytime. No signup is required and all experience levels are welcome. We recommend you bring cleats, a mouth guard, and water.

We’ve owned our home pitch since September, 2012.
Our full size international field is maintained to the highest standards and is located on our 20 acre facility in the southwest of Atlanta. Just off 285 the Cascade Road exit.
Our division 2 men, division 3 men and women’s side, as well as local high school youth rugby teams play their matches here.
