Hotlanta 7s tournament on Saturday July 25th, 2026 8am to 5pm
Hotlanta 7s Tournament Information:
Location: Union Hill Polo Club - 430 Roper Rd, Canton, GA 30115. Not Roswell.
Medical: 3 Athletic Trainers will be onsite to support players.
Food Vendors at Hotlanta: Hyde Brewing,Big Toko BBQ, UgalimanKitchen
Non Food Vendors at Hotlanta: iCryo, King Of Pops, Progressive Medical Center, Marietta Physical Rehab,
Pitch Party DJ: TBD
Concessions: Water, sports drinks and sodas will be available for purchase.
Bathrooms: 2 Onsite Toilets and 3 Portable toilets.
General Check In: Check in will open at 8am

The Hotlanta Rugby Combine is the premier scouting and development platform for rugby athletes in the United States. The Combine is where elite potential meets professional preparation and scouts.
The cost is $25.00 in advance to secure my spot or $30 is price for walk-ons or day-of payment.
Housekeeping:
Cars should park in the arena parking lot. Trucks should park on the grass. No one should not park on entrance road
Leave the field as you found it. Put trash in black bags and trash cans provided.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
Tournament Rules:
This is a USA Rugby Sanctioned event. All teams and Players must be current with USA rugby. All teams must complete and submit a team roster with all the member’s CIPP. Check in at the official Atlanta Old White Tent. Click here for full tournament rules.
Team Documents:
Please print a copy team roster before arrival for team check in. We will not provide any copies onsite.
Upload digital copies of rosters to this folder by Friday 7/13/26 as all team rosters have to be checked by USA for them to sanction the tournament. Everyone playing must have a current CIPP with USA rugby. Competitive brackets are limited to 13 player roster.
Social Bracket Teams:

National Qualifying Teams:
Use the Rugby Xplorer Match Day App to submit your rosters to USA rugby. Tournament Director will use your roster on the app to check IDs of all 13 players of each qualifying team,
Team Photo. Take a good team photo of your club so we have a picture of everyone that played. Upload to the folder. This is also nice if we want to post social media updates on who won etc.
