Join Our Women's Rugby Team – Empowering Athletes Since 2024!

In 2024, we launched our women’s rugby team, and we’re excited to put the full strength of our club’s resources behind it as we grow and thrive in 2025.

We’re proud to foster an empowering culture that emphasizes personal responsibility, skill development, and leadership growth. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or have never picked up a rugby ball before, you’re welcome here!

Who Can Join?

  • All skill levels, ages, and genders are invited to play.

  • Absolute beginners are encouraged to give it a try – we’ll support you every step of the way.

What to Bring to Practice:

  • Comfortable athletic wear (shorts/leggings, socks, and a shirt you don’t mind getting a little dirty).

  • Cleats (soccer, rugby, or football cleats work great).

  • A mouth guard, if you have one.

Drop in for a practice session and discover what it’s like to be part of a team where everyone matters and growth is celebrated.
